HOW DO THE SESSIONS GO?
Phone consultations and primary evaluation via phone call are free, so do not hesitate to call!
Sessions are usually once a week for an hour long session. However, we may decide to meet more or less frequently depending on the situation. Parent consultations vary in format. I invite you to a try out session so you can get an idea of how it is.
ARE ONLINE VIDEO SESSIONS POSSIBLE?
Online therapy is suitable in some cases, such as difficulty in leaving the house or overcoming time and space limitations. We may discuss the possibility of online therapy in these cases, from wherever you are.
